Lucy Studio is a small, selective product studio for people with an interesting problem worth solving. I use Lovable and connected AI tools to turn ambitious ideas into working digital products: platforms, intelligent tools, member experiences and content-led systems.

How we start

idea first, proposal second, build third

01

idea-to-blueprint

£495

Ninety focused minutes. We interrogate the idea, find the real problem underneath it, work out who it is actually for and decide what should be built first.

02

a build proposal

fixed price

If we both want to carry on, you get a fixed-price proposal with a clear scope. Most suitable projects land between £7,500 and £15,000. The £495 comes off any build over £7,500.

03

your private build period

one at a time

I take one commissioned build at a time, so your product gets my full creative and strategic attention: scheduled demos of the working thing, and clear feedback rounds.

The honest bit

what I don't do

I don't take on basic brochure websites or copies of off-the-shelf templates. I'm most interested in products that need thoughtful structure, a database or CMS, intelligent workflows, external connections, or something that doesn't quite exist yet.

one project at a time means yours gets all of it

How it runs

the working agreement

  • 50% to secure your build slot
  • 25% after the working product demo
  • 25% before handover or launch
  • Two structured rounds of feedback
  • Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately
  • You own the workspace, domain, data and external accounts
  • A prototype isn't automatically ready for sensitive or regulated use
  • Specialist engineering, security testing or compliance is a separate quote

Questions people actually ask

the straight answers

Most commissioned builds are between £7,500 and £20,000, priced as a fixed amount for a defined product rather than by the hour. A connected product with a database, sign-in and one or two integrations is typically £7,500 to £12,000. A complex product with multiple user roles, payments, automations or AI is typically £12,000 to £20,000 and up. Smaller starting points: a 90-minute Idea-to-Blueprint session at £495, a Lovable Power Hour at £250, and a testable concept prototype from £3,500.
